So then. Long awaited. Into the world on the 6th February.Now we're jumping just like countless grandparents before us.
But this is our walk. This is our time. This is our leap into the faith pond. It never stops does it, this faith walking business? It never gets less challenging, never less exciting, never less demanding.
I thought that the whole Jesus thing was for the faint-hearted. As it turns out it seems to be more for those who can admit to just being faint of heart.
The call is to put your best foot forward. One step - light. Another step - light. And another...
So baby, now it's your turn. It's your time to run the race. And all those who have run, and are still running will cheer you on.
Interesting that they put a little label on you so that everyone will know who you belong to.
A lesson for us all there I think. Knowing who we really are allows us to really get on with the business in hand.
